I am currently bidding on a Miniature Speed Graphic on one of the online auctions. After receiving some additional pics of the camera, I realized the back doesn't look like a normal spring back. It looks like it might be a Graflex back, but I'm by no means an expert, so I'm not certain. How can I tell what kind of back it is from a couple of pictures? Thanks for your help!!

Can you post any pictures or a link to the auction?
The Graflex back and Graphic (Spring) are very distinctive from one another. The Graflex backs (normally seen on the Graflex SLR's) have a drop out focus panel which does not have the two "wings" on the side of it.

That's what I thought and what I was afraid of. One slider on top. Oh well, it is a real clean looking camera, and the price is right (right now). I suppose if I get it I will see about swapping the Graflex back for a Graphic back. Thanks again!!
