				| I have been lurking about this forum for several weeks and have learned a great deal about the Graflex lines.
I am very excited to have just purchased my first two Graflex cameras. One, which arrived today, is a Speed Graphic with a Schneider-Krueznach 135/4.7.

The other camera is a Crown Graphic which I hope will be on my doorstep next week which is mated to a 127mm Ektar.

While I wait for the Crown to arrive, I'll throw in my request for a date on my Speed. The serial number is 836449.

Thanks very much. This is really a shot in the creativity arm, and I'm very much looking forward to using these classic cameras.

				| I haven't seen Gandolf post in quite a while (and I hope things are okay with him!), so I'll toss out an approximation...
I'm betting this Speed has a side rangefinder, and probably in the early 1950's, very early I would think...

You can approximate it yourself with a bit of work by doing a search here of "date serial" or some variation to fins the other answered requests..

And hopefully Gandolf will make a return

				| Thanks Rich. Yes, the Speed has a side Kalart viewfinder. My Crown Graphic arrived today and carries a serial number of 883464, and while in arguably better condition, it's going to take a whole bunch of Q-Tips to clean it up.
This camera also has a Kalart Focuspot on the rangefinder which the Speed Graphic does not. Now I'm waiting for my 7" Aero-Ektar to arrive......
